Innovation and Opportunity Workshop by Roger La Salle

Roger La Salle, “Chair of Innovation”, developer of the “La Salle Matrix Thinking™” used in over 25 countries and the keynote speaker at the second biannual CEO Summit 2008 in September, conducted 2 “Innovation and Opportunity Workshops”. Roger presented a road map/template for the generation of ideas for implementation and walked through the opportunity matrix, product and project assessment and evaluation and innovating servicee businesses.
